Behavioral Therapist — Applied Behavior Analysis

The part-time Behavioral Therapist role provides one-to-one in-home services in the Lexington/Burlington area; the listing location is Lexington, MA. Pay is $19–$27 per hour. Merrimack Autism Consultants provides individualized, family-centered ABA services to clients on the autism spectrum. The therapist implements individualized ABA techniques developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, supports caregivers, collects data, and monitors client progress. The role contributes to clients’ developmental goals by delivering consistent home-based services and communicating progress and concerns to families and supervisors.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one in-home ABA services

• conduct daily discrete trials
• communicate progress and concerns
• complete required RBT training and examination within 90 days of hire.
