Gym Director

The Gym Director role is an onsite, full-time position in Middleton, WI, with starting pay of $20–$22 per hour based on experience. The Little Gym helps children build confidence, courage, and character through movement and play.

What you'll do

• Teach gymnastics and movement classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years
• train, coach, and motivate instructors
• oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staffing
• cover classes or shifts when staffing is short
• and support membership growth, retention, introductory conversions, and family experience.
