What you'll do

• Greet patients and address questions
• explain scheduled procedures
• assist with check-ins using a kiosk or handheld tablet
• maintain the lobby
• work in the lobby and draw room to cover breaks
• perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing according to established procedures
• maintain accurate records and a safe professional environment
• promote a positive patient and client experience.
