What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment of CDL-A drivers and owner-operators
• source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, industry networks, and direct outreach
• screen and interview candidates
• assess specialized equipment and freight experience
• coordinate with fleet leadership, safety, and operations
• manage candidate communication and onboarding requirements
• recruit sales and operations candidates
• maintain recruiting records and metrics
• support compliance with DOT and FMCSA requirements.
