What you'll do

• Greet guests, determine their needs, operate the point-of-sale system, open and close the cash register as needed, share skier safety and terrain updates, answer phone inquiries, monitor lodge and cabin cleanliness and comfort, collect customer feedback, oversee the daily front desk team, and assist with scheduling and hiring.
• Employees may be asked to assist in other areas as needed.
• The role requires customer service experience, English fluency, clear communication, prolonged standing, and ability to lift or move 25 pounds.
