The Operations Manager, Multi-Site Warehouse & Distribution (NC & SC) is an onsite role based in Fayetteville, NC, with regular travel to branches across North Carolina and South Carolina. Compensation is $125,000 per year. Hubbard Supplyhouse supplies plumbing, irrigation, kitchen, bath, appliance, and lighting products to local tradespeople, builders, and homeowners. The manager provides companywide leadership for warehouse operations, logistics, delivery, fleet, facilities, and safety. The role establishes consistent operating standards, develops leaders, and builds scalable systems to support growth while balancing efficiency, cost management, safety, and customer service.

What you'll do

• Set warehouse receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and inventory standards across locations
• oversee fleet, drivers, routing, delivery performance, equipment planning, claims, and lease negotiations
• coach operational leaders
• coordinate operational priorities and cross-department resources
• oversee facilities, safety compliance, and new-location readiness
• manage the operations budget and performance metrics.
