What you'll do

• For prep cooks: follow prep lists
• label and stock ingredients
• wash, chop, sort, and measure ingredients
• follow sanitation standards
• track inventory
• store food properly
• monitor temperatures
• maintain a clean kitchen
• assist chefs. For dishwashers: care for the dish machine and maintain clean dishware, utensils, and cookware throughout the shift.
