What you'll do

• identify team improvement areas and ensure work orders progress
• support service-level agreement compliance and respond to client inquiries
• analyze work orders, monitor service-level adherence, and review proposals
• manage client relationships and escalations and host client calls as needed
• oversee work-order finances and profitability
• collaborate on team and client initiatives.
