What you'll do

• Supervise, support, and evaluate licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants
• conduct resident rounds and respond to changes in condition
• administer medications, IV therapy, nutrition support, and treatments per physician orders
• lead individualized care planning
• review clinical records and documentation
• oversee staff schedules and assignments
• maintain infection control, safety, and resident-rights practices
• communicate with residents, families, staff, physicians, and providers
• support training and performance processes
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
