The Team Lead — Indoor Entertainment Operations role is onsite in Frederick, MD. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. Sky Zone Frederick’s mission is to enrich lives through the power of boundless play. This hands-on leadership role helps keep park operations safe and effective while supporting guest experiences and team performance. Team Leads rotate across operational areas, coach team members, and may serve as Manager on Duty when senior leaders are not onsite.

What you'll do

• Act as Manager on Duty when the general or operations manager is absent
• coach, support, and delegate to team members
• step into operational areas as needed
• communicate guest issues and safety concerns to management
• promote memberships and programs
• enforce safety policies and complete incident reports as needed
• ensure opening, closing, and shift procedures
• maintain cleanliness and readiness
• support sales, parties and events, and food and beverage/facilities operations.
