What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, hotel management, franchise and license agreements, and joint venture agreements
• structure and close hospitality financings
• lead transactions through closing
• conduct due diligence and mitigate risk
• collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
• mentor and support junior associates.
