What you'll do

• Lead and supervise crews performing pruning, removals, rigging, cabling, and other tree-care services
• conduct daily job briefings
• ensure compliance with ANSI, OSHA, and company safety standards
• operate and oversee chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, cranes, and other equipment
• coordinate work to meet project and customer expectations
• inspect job sites for hazards
• train, mentor, and evaluate crew members
• communicate with customers, property managers, and leadership
• complete job documentation, equipment inspections, and daily reports
• maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• assist with emergency storm response and after-hours work when needed.

Why this role

Minimum three years of tree-care experience; at least one year in a leadership or foreman role is preferred. CDL is preferred but not required; ISA Certified Arborist credential is a plus.
