What you'll do

• Manage maintenance and capital project procurement
• develop local site sourcing strategies and coordinate corporate strategy execution
• prepare and issue RFQs, negotiate purchase orders, contracts, and legal terms, and manage plant-level supplier relationships
• use spend data to identify savings opportunities
• collaborate with stakeholders on supplier consolidation, service, delivery, cost, and lead-time improvements
• address vendor performance issues
• support turnarounds and emergencies, occasionally after hours
• follow corporate policies and the Business Conduct Policy.

Why this role

Requires 10+ years of procurement experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred. Manufacturing, petrochemical or process-industry experience and capital project experience exceeding $5 million are desired.
