What you'll do

• Develop an assigned territory through prospecting and field activity
• secure referral partnerships in the personal injury market
• build relationships with attorneys, clinics, providers, case managers, and other referral sources
• conduct visits, meetings, networking, and educational events
• manage the sales pipeline and follow-up
• maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
• present services and referral processes
• collaborate with Growth, Case Management, Clinical Operations, Scheduling, Marketing, and Leadership
• share market feedback and help resolve partner concerns.
