The Shop Service Technician II – Heavy Equipment role is onsite, full time, in Tyler, TX, with stated pay of $16.80–$27 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role also supports safe, quality shop operations through repair planning, parts coordination, customer communication, and mentoring other technicians.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
• disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer specifications
• rebuild, repair, recondition, and maintain equipment
• communicate customer needs to shop management
• plan and control repair costs
• complete parts orders and identify parts for return
• mentor and help train technicians
• maintain clean and orderly equipment and work areas
• follow safety policies
• and work overtime as required by workload and customer needs.
