Part-Time Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain community grounds and parking areas
• clean, deodorize, and sanitize floors and strip, seal, and wax tile as needed
• inspect hallways for carpet cleaning needs
• remove community trash
• perform routine repairs involving plumbing, lighting, air-conditioning filters and fuses, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• report equipment malfunctions, hazards, and supply shortages
• keep maintenance items safely stored
• obtain authorization before entering apartments
• follow safety and resident privacy requirements.
