What you'll do

• Obtain daily production requirements from the Chef
• prepare items according to production sheets, quantities, and recipes
• complete production and waste logs
• taste meals for quality
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food
• follow HACCP and sanitation guidelines
• take customer orders and prepare quick-service items
• serve customers at multiple stations
• resolve customer concerns
• and complete required documentation.
