What you'll do

• Ensure cleanliness and timing standards for guest rooms and hotel areas, including lobby, breakfast area, pool, fitness center, stairways, hallways, elevators, and patio
• record room inspection results
• develop and train housekeeping team members
• respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
• report room status and maintenance problems
• perform additional responsibilities assigned by leadership.
