What you'll do

• Accept and process credit card payments by phone and at the lobby counter
• assist with the MyENSTAR customer portal
• process miscellaneous payments and collections and research unidentified payments
• handle mail, filing, copying, and related clerical tasks
• serve as backup Switchboard Operator.
