What you'll do

• Manage executive-level client relationships
• own P&L responsibility for assigned accounts
• develop account strategies and multi-year roadmaps
• identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across digital transformation, cloud, data and analytics, AI/ML, cybersecurity, applications, and infrastructure
• lead contract negotiations, deal structuring, and pricing
• collaborate with delivery and practice teams
• pursue new BFSI clients
• track pipeline, forecast accuracy, and account health
• monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
