What you'll do

• Provide patient assessments, detoxification management, medication-assisted treatment, and addiction medicine services
• oversee medical staff and physician services personnel
• support adherence to evidence-based protocols and ASAM criteria
• develop and maintain medical policies and quality initiatives
• monitor department metrics and documentation
• participate in staff development, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness
• fulfill on-call responsibilities, including backup coverage.
