What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned client accounts and systems
• provide high-level training and help develop client-specific training curricula
• analyze reports and data
• identify denial trends and payer issues and recommend recovery plans
• work assigned accounts while managing account performance
• support team members with billing policies, reimbursement analysis, and challenging claims
• maintain knowledge of client statements of work
• improve payment-posting policies and practices
• monitor and report account activity.
