What you'll do

• Direct and coordinate the Maintenance Department
• maintain facility safety standards and coordinate fire and internal safety inspections
• manage corrective and preventive maintenance
• develop work schedules and preventive maintenance programs
• evaluate major projects and property improvements
• maintain equipment records and arrange timely repairs
• recommend equipment purchases
• perform minor repairs and installations
• provide safety and maintenance training
• oversee contractors and construction employees on the premises.
