What you'll do

• Operate CT equipment for basic and intermediate diagnostic procedures
• obtain patient histories and verify orders
• position patients and select scanning factors
• provide radiation protection
• prepare and administer contrast under radiologist direction
• post-process and label images
• maintain records and enter study information
• perform equipment quality assurance and report malfunctions
• assist with patient positioning and transport.
