The work includes advising leaders, facilitating talent processes, analyzing outcomes, and improving program adoption.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain enterprise frameworks for talent, succession, performance, career development, capability, and learning
• lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance cycles, and high-potential development
• develop leadership and manager capability, career pathways, skills frameworks, and learning solutions
• advise People Business Partners and business leaders
• create program content and manage platforms, assessments, vendors, and learning partners
• evaluate effectiveness using dashboards and outcome measures.
