What you'll do

• Maintain understanding of project contracts
• document project updates, logs, and changes
• establish purchasing plans and make timely buyout decisions
• support the Superintendent with schedule updates and schedule improvement
• maintain owner relationships and address needs
• facilitate owner, architect, and contractor meetings
• submit owner pay applications
• review subcontractor invoices and change orders
• ensure work conforms to contract documents and scope.
