Community Manager, Manufactured Housing Communities

The Community Manager role is onsite at two manufactured housing communities in Provo, UT, and Springville, UT. Compensation is $26–$30 per hour. Investment Property Group owns and operates manufactured housing, multifamily, and RV communities across multiple states. The manager oversees daily property operations, staff, resident relations, and resources to meet financial and operational goals while maintaining compliance. The role supports community stability through lease enforcement, rent and account oversight, staff leadership, and responsive resident service.

What you'll do

• Oversee operational integrity and staff at two manufactured housing communities
• enforce lease agreements and community rules
• oversee move-in applications, rent collection, deposits, delinquent accounts, and resident receivables
• hire, train, evaluate, and supervise on-site staff
• respond to resident concerns
• coordinate with agencies, law enforcement, vendors, and stakeholders
• ensure regulatory and Fair Housing compliance
• manage property legal work-up.
