Lead Client Service Coordinator

The Lead Client Service Coordinator role is onsite in Highland Park, IL. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. The role supports the front bar at FACE FOUNDRIÉ, a facial bar offering skincare, facial, lash, and brow services. The coordinator helps lead daily front-bar operations and the guest experience while supporting sales, team training, and brand standards. The role contributes to guest retention and store performance through service, operational organization, marketing support, and coaching.

What you'll do

• Greet guests
• support scheduling adjustments, team breaks, and front-desk operations
• assist with inventory counts, ordering, receiving, and organization
• complete guest-retention follow-up processes
• support retail, membership, and service sales goals
• coach team members on customer-service standards
• assist with onboarding and training
• teach opening, closing, cleanliness, and task-management procedures
• support marketing, social content, and in-store or community events as needed.
