Manufacturing Team Lead – 2nd Shift

The Manufacturing Team Lead – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Solon, OH, and pays $25 per hour starting. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.; occasional Friday hours may be required. Sensical manufactures components for the automotive industry and emphasizes operational excellence and product quality. The team lead supports safe, efficient, on-schedule production by leading a team of more than 20 employees, coordinating daily work, monitoring performance, and working with the Production Supervisor on staffing and production needs.

• Lead and support full-time and temporary employees
• set expectations for safety, quality, cleanliness, and organization
• communicate priorities and assignments
• monitor workflow and performance
• train and coach employees
• report concerns and production issues to management
• support staffing needs
• help resolve production, quality, safety, and efficiency issues.
