What you'll do
- Define customer-ready test-cell solutions by understanding device requirements and coordinating with engineering, product teams, and third-party partners
- provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams
- develop and respond to proposals
- coordinate product demonstrations
- lead new-product introductions at customer sites, including integration and training
- relay customer and market needs to engineering, marketing, and operations
- monitor competitors, industry trends, and product roadmaps. Domestic and international travel is approximately 25% or more.
