What you'll do

• Own and triage the SOC case queue
• assign priority and ownership and track cases through resolution
• maintain case-handling and escalation SLAs
• lead monitoring, alert triage, and initial incident response
• coordinate shift coverage and on-call rotations
• serve as an escalation point
• improve detection content, playbooks, and procedures
• coordinate with Technology Operations
• mentor analysts
• track and report SOC metrics.
