What you'll do

• Greet visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel
• verify credentials, issue visitor badges, maintain logs, and direct guests according to site policies
• monitor front-desk activity and access points
• respond to incidents and alarms according to site procedures
• complete reports and communicate observations to company leadership and client representatives
• support emergency response when appropriate.
