What you'll do

• Prepare and portion food according to recipes and standards
• wash, chop, and season ingredients
• stock and replenish buffet stations
• maintain a clean, organized, sanitary prep area
• follow food handling, storage, and labeling procedures
• assist with cooking and plating as needed
• monitor food levels and communicate potential shortages.
