• Set and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategy
• build and lead the recruiting team
• establish scalable recruiting processes, pipelines, sourcing channels, employer-brand practices, and technology
• lead campus and internship recruiting
• advise business and HR leaders
• govern structured selection practices
• support onboarding plans
• manage employment eligibility and sponsorship processes
• provide labor-market insights
• analyze recruiting metrics
• oversee confidential searches and external recruiting partners
• maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
