Senior Engineering Manager

The Senior Engineering Manager role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, on the day shift. Pay is $140,000–$160,000 per year, plus a 15% bonus. What you'll do

• Lead facility engineering and maintenance operations
• manage and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians
• drive preventive and predictive maintenance
• oversee CMMS use, maintenance planning, and asset management
• develop and manage capital improvement projects, budgets, vendors, and contractors
• support electrical, mechanical, utility, refrigeration, boiler, and facility systems
• partner with production on safety, quality, and efficiency
• ensure food safety, GMP, environmental, and regulatory compliance
• support continuous improvement.
