What you'll do

• Lead the parts department and manage staff
• maintain inventory control systems
• oversee customer service
• set staff schedules, monitor workloads, and coordinate training
• recruit, interview, and hire team members
• promote and merchandise products and accessories
• complete departmental paperwork and physical inventory counts
• and attend training sessions and educational seminars.
