Assistant Division Manager

The Assistant Division Manager role is onsite in Port Allen, LA, with pay of $35.05 per hour plus overtime opportunities. Hulcher Services responds to railroad emergencies and provides industrial services across the United States and Mexico. This role develops future operations leaders by supporting field crews and learning division management. The assistant manager helps direct safe, efficient field operations, coordinate equipment and staffing, and meet customer schedules.

What you'll do

• Assist with supervising field crews during railroad, industrial, and emergency response operations
• lead crews safely
• enforce safety policies and procedures
• assign daily work and monitor productivity
• coach employees
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• coordinate equipment maintenance and inspections
• support customer schedules
• inspect completed work
• and learn budgeting, planning, scheduling, and division management.
