The Industrial Maintenance Technician, Multi-Craft role is onsite in Clinton, North Carolina. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. The technician supports a manufacturing and packaging operation by helping keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. The role diagnoses equipment problems, performs repairs, and carries out preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Identifying root causes and coordinating with production and maintenance colleagues supports consistent operations and safe production.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing and packaging equipment
• diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• repair mechanical components
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• respond to breakdowns
• recommend corrective actions
• assist with installations, upgrades, and improvement projects
• maintain records and follow safety procedures including LOTO.
