Electric Vehicle Charging Service Specialist

The Electric Vehicle Charging Service Specialist role is in-person in Tustin, CA, with pay of $29–$32 per hour. ChargeTronix develops modular electric vehicle chargers and provides customer support through installation and ownership. The specialist diagnoses and repairs charging equipment and supports customers and field technicians with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role helps resolve issues promptly and contributes customer feedback to product improvements.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support by written and verbal communication
• diagnose EV charger issues remotely
• assist with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and software updates
• document interactions and resolutions in CRM or ticketing systems
• create troubleshooting guides and FAQs
• collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales
• travel domestically as needed.
