The Entomologist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jacksonville, FL. Compensation is not specified in the posting. This position supports the Testing and Evaluation department. This role exists to assist with the development, design, and evaluation of novel products and application technologies to protect deployed forces from disease-transmitting insects. The Entomologist applies scientific methods to conduct field and laboratory research on pesticides and vector management tools.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in entomology, public health, biology, or environmental science

Experience

3-5 years (Masters) or 5-10 years (Bachelors) of relevant experience
