CNC Mill Programmer

Job overview

CNC Mill Programmer is an onsite role in Groveland, MA. Compensation is $25–$45 per hour. The position is based at ITAL Tech, part of Potentia Manufacturing Group, and supports manufacturing parts to customer specifications. The programmer machines and programs parts to print requirements, checks work through inspections and helps maintain quality and documentation standards. The role also supports production-area coordination, troubleshooting and first-piece inspections.

What you'll do

• Program and machine parts to customer specifications
• perform in-process inspections
• oversee and schedule the turning or milling area as lead
• troubleshoot
• support first-piece inspections
• detect, segregate and report nonconforming material and foreign object debris
• complete job travelers
• comply with AS9100D, ISO 9001 and customer requirements
• report safety issues.
