Director of Revenue Integrity

Compensation is $0 per year. The Director of Revenue Integrity role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. The role supports the TGH Cancer Institute across surgical, radiation, medical oncology, and supportive care services. The director leads charge capture, reconciliation, and coding processes to support accurate, compliant billing. By analyzing billing and denial data, improving documentation and workflows, and coordinating system changes with clinical and operational partners, the role works to prevent recurring errors and denials.

What you'll do

• Lead revenue integrity, charge capture, reconciliation, and coding processes
• establish workflows to identify and resolve missing, incorrect, duplicate, or delayed charges before claims submission
• oversee coding quality and timeliness
• partner with providers and clinical leaders to improve documentation
• analyze charge, coding, billing, and denial data and address root causes
• collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, Patient Access, Compliance, IT, and Epic teams on requirements and system updates
• establish and report performance measures
• lead and develop assigned revenue integrity and coding staff
• ensure practices align with billing regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least seven years of revenue integrity experience in a complex health system, at least three years in leadership, and a CPC, CCS, CRCR, or comparable certification; Epic Resolute HB/PB workflow experience required.
