Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing

The Registered Nurse (RN) works onsite in Saint Albans, VT. Pay is $40–$45 per hour, with shift differentials noted. Franklin County Rehab’s skilled nursing team provides care to residents. The RN delivers individualized clinical care, monitors residents’ conditions, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team. The role supports resident safety, comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life through assessment, treatment, communication, and accurate documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to care plans, physician orders, and facility policies
• assess residents and report changes
• administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• direct CNA staff and other nursing team members as appropriate
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care teams
• maintain records
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• and participate in ongoing education and training.
