Inventory Associate I

The Inventory Associate I position is onsite in West Melbourne, FL, with pay of $28 per hour. The assignment is six months, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. System One provides outsourced services and workforce solutions to clients across North America. The associate manages maintenance, repair, and operations materials so maintenance teams can access needed parts and supplies. Accurate inventory transactions, replenishment, and safe handling help prevent stockouts and keep storeroom operations organized.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, stock, and issue MRO materials
• kit parts to work orders
• maintain inventory records in ERP/CMMS systems
• conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment
• process purchase requisitions
• maintain storeroom organization under 5S standards
• manage shelf-life items, hazardous materials, and calibrated tools
• support maintenance teams
• identify obsolete or surplus inventory.
