Hospice Chaplain

Job overview

The Hospice Chaplain role is based in Sheboygan, WI, with coverage across Jackson, Sheboygan, Washington, and Ozaukee counties and visits to patients in a variety of settings. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is $27–$31 per hour. Allay Hospice provides emotional and spiritual support to patients and families during end-of-life care as part of an interdisciplinary team. The chaplain assesses spiritual needs, contributes to individualized care plans, and provides inclusive support to patients, families, and caregivers. The role also coordinates with community chaplains and spiritual counselors, documents services, and participates in interdisciplinary care planning.

• Conduct timely spiritual assessments
