What you'll do

• Provide flex coverage across Mechanic Falls and South Paris homes
• support skills-building and daily living activities
• implement individual treatment and positive support plans
• assist with meals, hygiene, and household upkeep
• support medication administration
• transport members as needed
• document progress and expenditures
• follow safety, licensing, and agency procedures
• maintain professional relationships with members, families, and staff.
