What you'll do

• Monitor and operate solar PV plants using SCADA, EMS, and monitoring platforms
• execute remote switching, curtailments, inverter setpoint changes, and plant controls under approved procedures
• respond to dispatch instructions
• identify and escalate alarms and abnormal conditions
• maintain logs and switching records
• support NERC compliance, audits, drills, and event reporting
• coordinate incident response with field operations, vendors, and engineering
• and support performance reporting and Power BI dashboards.
