What you'll do

• Coordinate daily distribution center loss prevention activities
• manage and develop staff
• administer shrink-reduction programs with operations management
• investigate incidents and prepare reports
• inspect security systems and coordinate CCTV repairs
• participate in safety and shrink committees and operations meetings
• respond to alarms
• oversee perimeter security and access control
• schedule personnel for 24-hour coverage
• manage supply and payroll budgets
• coordinate background checks for new security personnel.
