Senior Right of Way Agent — Pipeline Projects

What you'll do

• Obtain right of entry and survey permission from private landowners
• negotiate and acquire pipeline property rights
• prepare right-of-way documents
• support non-environmental permitting
• document landowner communications
• respond to stakeholder inquiries
• acquire temporary rights of way
• serve as a legal witness when necessary
• organize and manage multiple projects
• travel regularly.
