IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and connectivity
• configure and deploy Windows devices and peripherals
• support user accounts, Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, and Intune enrollment
• troubleshoot basic network issues
• assist with printers and conference-room technology
• support employee onboarding and offboarding
• maintain hardware inventory and IT documentation
• document solutions and escalate complex issues.
